Custom Cake Order Request
Custom cakes will start at $100 and will go up from there based on design/details/decor, serving size, and cake flavour/filling combination. All requests will be quoted individually and provided to you to confirm or decline. These cakes will be more detailed and will typically take longer to decorate. Consultations are available to go over designs in-person and must be pre-booked as we may not be able to accommodate walk-ins due to orders or available staff. Consultations are $15 for 30 minutes and the fee is waived if the cake order is placed same day as the consultation, with a $40 non-refundable deposit.
Please allow three week’s notice for custom cake orders. This allows time for correspondence, a consultation for design approval, and if anything custom has to be ordered for the cake, it can arrive on time. Even if you order within the time frame requested, we may be booked on that date due to weddings, events, and/or other orders. Any order requests with less than the required notice may not be accommodated due to availability or time restrictions. We offer other cake designs that you may choose from that require 2 weeks notice and may have the availability for on shorter notice.
Rush fees may apply and will be at our discretion. Orders will be responded to within 1 or 2 business days of submitting, along with a sketch and final quote for your design. The order is finalized and confirmed with a $40 non-refundable deposit. If a deposit has not been paid, the order and date are not confirmed, and dates will not be held without one.
